2025 NSW Higher School Certificate Results

Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on their HSC examination results. We celebrate the academic achievements of our students and the strong sense of Stewardship, Hospitality and Pax they have demonstrated in their contributions to Mount St Benedict College. Through their participation in the broad range of opportunities available at Bennies they graduate well equipped to face the challenges of the future.

One student was on the NESA All Rounders List – Maya Kelly. This list acknowledges students who achieved Band 6 (or equivalent) results in ten or more of their HSC units (including English). Band 6 indicates a mark of 90 or more.

Julia Patanjali achieved the highest known ATAR at the College of 98.85.

The College received six top placements in the state:
6th place in Food Technology Jessica Lauff
6th place in Studies of Religion II Alexia Melchiori
7th place in Design and Technology Ava Jellinek
7th place in Food Technology Mkayla Muscat
10th place in Studies of Religion II Nehansa Udunuwara
15th place in Mathematics Standard 2 Lara Boland

Students at the College achieved 36 nominations for exemplary HSC Major Projects or Performances across Dance, Design and Technology, Drama, Industrial Technology Multimedia and Music.

The College had 185 mentions on the Distinguished Achievers list. The list acknowledges students who achieved a Band 6 in a two unit course or reached the highest Band (Band 4) in an Extension Course.

95% of subjects were above the state average.

An estimated 13% of the eligible cohort achieved an ATAR 95 or over.

An estimated 30% of the eligible cohort achieved an ATAR 90 or over.

We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2025. They truly are young women who will transform the future. We wish them well as they step in to their lives beyond the Red Brick Wall.
