2017 Jersey Day

Today was Jersey Day at MSB. The students were informed that the number of people sitting in the hall during our College assembly, was nearly equivalent to the number of people on the Australian organ transplant waiting list.

Jersey Day is about raising awareness of The Organ and Tissue Authority and the Donate Life Network. It calls us to learn about the facts, discuss and have a conversation with your loved ones, and decide about becoming a donor and registering online.

The contribution of one person, like the contribution of Nathan Gremmo, can help save the lives of so many other people. However, this decision is an important decision that needs to be discussed with your family and loved ones. Jersey Day allows families to start this conversation and begin the journey to helping other Australians begin their journey.
