As you are aware, our date for take-off is getting closer. We are very excited and as part of our preparation, we are having a Team Building Afternoon and an Information Evening. Both events are compulsory for students and are necessary in the preparation for our tour. The Information Evening will also be an opportunity for families to share in the excitement of the trip as a group.
Team Building Afternoon
3.15pm - 6.30pm
Wednesday 10 May
This is a compulsory event for students where they will engage in a variety of team building activities.
Afternoon tea is provided.
Information Evening and Dinner
Tuesday 30 May
6.00pm for a 6.30pm start
in the Bluegum Room
This is a compulsory event for students and parents.
All Tour staff and Academy Travel will be in attendance.
This evening is included in the cost of the trip for the travelling student and one parent/guest. Additional guests are very welcome at a cost of $15 per adult and $10 per child. Please register all guests and identify any dietary requirements for dinner which will be a light supper with an Italian theme.
Please remember to bring your daughter's current passport and any medications required for the duration of the trip.
