Study Tip: Breakfast!

Running late to school? Have no time for breakfast? Why not grab a piece of fruit to eat on your way or take a snack to munch on the go? 

Starting the day with breakfast is vital. You've all probably heard this over a dozen times but actually it helps you keep focused during the those morning periods where you feel like laying your head on the desk and snoozing off… Breakfast also helps increase your energy, attention, concentration and memory. And those of you who think ‘skipping breakfast’ can help lose weight well check this out. We've all heard of the term metabolism (involving the chemical processes which keep you functioning and alive) BUT starvation only slows down the metabolism!!!

So remember to eat breakfast!
