Holistic Learning and Co-curricular activities

Learning at Mount St Benedict College is best encapsulated in the words of Lee Crocket who calls on schools to prepare students for their future not our past.

Holistic Learning: Co-curricular and the link to the classroom

Classroom activities are complemented by a wide range of co-curricular programs, which we encourage all girls to pursue. A good way to view the relationship between learning in and outside learning spaces is through Howard Gardner’s model of multiple intelligences. He suggests students need a diverse range of experiences and an understanding of life-long, independent and holistic learning.
