The Science Department is very excited to propose Operation Wallacea Expedition excursion in 2018. The trip is tailored to inspire students with a passion for Biology and Investigative Science, who are considering a career in Science.

Preference will be given to students studying Biology and Investigating Science in Year 11 and 12 2018. There will be a limit of 24 student positions in total offered for this excursion. As students will be expected to participate in all activities, including the hiking and data collection challenges offered in the Expedition, a willingness to work in teams and to use innovative thinking processes will be required.

An Information Evening will be held at the College on Thursday 1st June, 7-8pm, where the purpose and outline of the trip will be explained as well as inclusions and payment details. The focus of this evening is to share as much information as possible and gain an understanding of the feasibility of the excursion. It will be a great opportunity for you to have any questions answered.
